Welcome to Daniela's Shining Cleaning Services! We are thrilled that you have chosen us. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies:

1. Getting Started

To provide you with the most accurate time and staff estimate for your home, we kindly require clients to send a brief video or a few photos of the property’s current condition, along with a detailed request specifying the areas you would like us to prioritize.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the estimated total is required upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept payments via Interac e-Transfer , cash , Or by card on the website. 

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee to cover the reserved time.

4. Our Commitment to You

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please inform us within 24 hours of completion, and we will gladly return to address the specific area of concern at no additional cost.

Quality Assurance: Please note that all calls and messages are documented for quality assurance and the protection of both parties.

5. Privacy & Safety

Privacy: We value your privacy. Your personal information, photos, and contact details are kept strictly confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Professional Supplies: We provide all professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise discussed.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

6. Liability & Access

We handle your property with the utmost care. However, Daniela's Shining Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items that are not secured properly, or wear and tear due to the age of surfaces. Please ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible upon our arrival. If we are unable to access the property, a travel/service fee may be charged.
