Before Starting Your Maintenance Plan
All new clients begin with an Initial Deep Cleaning. Our team thoroughly cleans your home to prepare it for regular maintenance.
Once your home is spotless, you can enjoy professional cleaning at your preferred frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Important: Your first maintenance visit must be scheduled within 30 days of your initial deep cleaning. After 30 days, a new assessment may be required.

Every price is a fixed price per cleaning visit, before taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975%). Choose a frequency and a plan on each card — the price updates right away.
Fixed price per visit
Your maintenance cleaning is offered at a fixed price based on your home’s size, cleaning frequency, and scheduled service duration. Our professional cleaners may finish earlier when all included cleaning tasks have been completed to our quality standards. The appointment price remains unchanged.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope or scheduled duration requires your approval before additional charges are applied.

Add-ons: add-ons such as the inside of appliances are included at no extra charge when there is enough time left after the regular cleaning of your entire home. If 1–2 additional hours are needed, they are charged at the hourly rate of your cleaning frequency ($39 monthly, $38 bi-weekly, $36 weekly per cleaner-hour), only with your approval. Larger add-ons need an approved quote.
Standard Maintenance Cleaning is intended for homes that have already received an Initial Deep Cleaning.

Logistics Fee
The logistics fee covers transportation, professional cleaning equipment, and cleaning supplies for every visit. It is charged once per appointment, whatever the number of cleaners: $25 with Plan A, $15 with Plan B (save $10) and $10 with Plan C (save $15). The commitment savings apply only to the logistics fee, not to the hourly cleaning rate.
Need to Make Your Appointment Faster?
Large Homes with monthly cleaning can choose Finish Faster — 2 Professional Cleaners (4 Hours): two cleaners work together for a four-hour appointment. One additional cleaner-hour is included in the price (8 cleaner-hours instead of 7).
Extra Visits in the Calendar
Some months have an extra week. When your schedule includes an additional visit, we let you know in advance: you can keep the visit (at your usual price per visit) or ask us to skip it. Nothing is ever added or charged silently.
Plans B and C — Your Agreement
Plans B and C include a 6- or 12-month commitment in exchange for a lower logistics fee. You accept the agreement explicitly before your plan starts. No automatic renewal. The final agreement is being reviewed; until it is approved, your request stays pending and nothing is binding.
